Here’s what is so sad about what occurred with the passenger assault on United Air Lines. 

There are so many wonderful employees who go above and beyond to provide a great customer experience. Now, because of bad decisions and behaviors of a few – their efforts are diminished. Sad. Sad for the passenger who was dragged and sad for fellow travelers who experienced anxiety. Sad that customer loyalty is compromised. Sad for Stockholders.
